RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• We accept any unworn, unwashed products within 30 Days of purchase for a refund (Non Custom Products) or a remake 

  • Shipping cost is not refunded for delivered orders

• In order to request an alteration or remake, you must contact our customer care expert at info@789pettoys.shop

• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items

• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

• Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.

• Refund requests (Non Custom Products) will be processed within 2-10 business days after receiving the return products. *Shipping charges will be deducted from Refund amount.

  • Refunds can take 2-10 business days to be credited back

• Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.

THESE STEPS WILL BE FOLLOWED IN CASE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your given bank account details, within a certain amount of days. 

2. Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly.

3. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.

Unlike the designer lounges you can exit and be forgotten, our relationship is a rather lasting partnership. If the order troubles you in any make or manner, just write to us at info@789pettoys.shop. Within a negligible amount of time, your remakes will be implemented and shipped back.
